Senior Researcher Role

Bixa partners closely with its clients to develop, guide, and run their most important research studies. Senior Researchers are the first point of contact for our clients. They are responsible for everything from creating research plans to recruiting participants to leading research studies, synthesizing results, and presenting recommendations in a clear, impactful way. We also expect that our Senior Researchers would contribute to content creation at Bixa, writing blog posts, scripting podcasts or vlogs, and generally getting fresh ideas out there on behalf of the company. We are looking for original thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work fast in a self-directed way.
What we’d like to see:
5+ years experience leading marketing research or UX research projects
Experience with a range of deliverables: personas; journey maps; expert reviews; user presentations
Experience leading workshops with clients/stakeholders
Familiarity with design thinking practices
Preferred: experience working in dscout
An eye for good design and the ability to make beautiful, clean, powerful presentations for clients
Strong organizational / project management skills
Excellent communication skills among peers and clients alike
Ability to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
A passion for marketing
