Effective team development begins with understanding how the team operates as a unit. This 1-day workshop is for a 3-15 person team. It utilizes the Group Dynamic Profile (GDP) in conjunction with individual Personalysis® assessments to build awareness of team strengths and develop strategies for team opportunities and accomplishments. This workshop facilitates the creation of a team action plan to enhance interactions with each other. Whatever the team's state, this workshop is valuable in strengthening team cohesion and planning for increased team effectiveness.

Brainstorming & Lean Facilitation
Based on lean principles, this hands-on course provides a toolkit of creative strategies for getting groups to brainstorm then refine new, innovative ideas to develop the best workable solution. In addition to leaving you with tactical strategies, we will show you how to motivate a group, build consensus, manage dysfunction, maintain focus, generate ownership and inspire action in others.

Conflict & Courageous Conversations
In this course you will learn about your conflict style through the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) assessment tool, and learn to detect and interact with the conflict styles of those you work with.

Life GPS®
Everyone talks about work-life balance but hardly anyone has it. That’s because it’s the wrong goal. In a highly interactive workshop utilizing Life GPS®, a proven self-management tool from Scott Eblin's best-selling book Overworked and Overwhelmed: The Mindfulness Alternative, we’ll teach your people how to follow through on a better goal — living life at their best. This course should follow the Personal Values course.

Meyers-Briggs: Know Your Type
Boost team effectiveness and collaboration by identifying and understanding each member's personality preferences. Compliments the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment.

This 3-day User Experience (UX) Fundamentals course will introduce you to basic best practice research and UX skills needed to bring a human-centered approach into your work, and prepare you for a certification exam. 

Personas In Action
Personas help your business see through their customers' eyes in order to create true value. In this 1-day workshop, learn from UX experts about personas, and create them for your organization. This workshop kicks off a customer-centric transformation for your organization: faster development, better quality products, more cohesive teams, and designs that make a real difference to customers. 

Usability Testing
If you aren't talking to your customers early and often, you are at risk of building irrelevant products, wasting time and money, and going nuts dealing with needless wheel-spinning. Identifying top tasks on your website and then watching users try to complete them is the most effective and efficient way to uncover usability problems. This course will empower you to conduct small scale, iterative usability tests, without a fancy lab. You'll learn the pros and cons of moderated and unmoderated user testing techniques, and in-person versus remote usability testing. By the end of this 1-day course, you'll be able to facilitate sessions, develop test plans, analyze data, and present findings.

Content is one of the four key indicators of a positive user experience online. This 1-day course will teach you the basics of how people read online, then work with your team to develop a writing style for your digital experiences that speak to readers' needs and ensure that your content is clear. We'll discuss when and how to encourage conversations with customers, what the best grade level is for your writing style, how to tell stories online, and how to optimize for search engine rankings.
